I've got to mention...

...that it's REALLY HOT here.  We've been embroiled in a heat wave for over a week now, but I've tried very hard not to complain.  This is made easier by the fact that I never left the house yesterday so I really didn't know how hot it really felt outside.  But let's be honest.  It's absolutely miserable.  I'm so grateful that my family can all be home together and I don't have to worry about them being elsewhere and making poor choices regarding their body temp and hydration (ie. scout camp).  Today we are projected to hit over 100 degrees.  At 10:00 this morning, the temp was already 87 degrees and it felt like 93 according to weather.com.  It's going to be a scorcher folks!
