Parenting

The last 24 hours have been among the toughest I have ever experienced as a parent.  I will not go into details to protect the privacy of my children, but I am hurting deeply today...an experience that I know they can not understand until they themselves are parents someday.  I have been praying tremendously hard in the last 24 hours that God helps me to be the parent my children need.  Each one of them needs me in different ways, and I pray for guidance in that regard.  I also pray for strength to make it through these tough years...strength for us all.
