All week there had been talk about the snow storm that was headed our way for the weekend. Initially the forecast was for about 5" of snow, then it was a 3-6" range, then a 4-7" range. It sounded as though our particular part of the region was going to have the upper end as we seem to be right in the heaviest snow on all the models. I had measured before it got dark yesterday and we had just over 5". I did notice later in the evening that it had started snowing again. I wasn't really prepared though, for the snow when we got up this morning! We had almost 10", and that wasn't the end of the snow! Our county definitely was the "winner" of the snow totals. Honestly, I love it!
I will write more soon, but I wanted to get on here this evening and share my excitement. Now if only we could get a school delay for tomorrow morning!
